Where is my package?
Our packages have an average delivery time of 5-12 working days. This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, so we don't just want to ship orders every day. We collect packages in a certain amount and when we reach our minimum limit, we ship them all. We hope you understand this and want to contribute to a better and healthier world.
It's already been 12 working days and I still haven't received my package?
We apologize that this has happened... Have you checked Track & Trace? Sometimes packages get stuck in customs. Then please wait another 7 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we see that in 99% of these cases the package is delivered anyway. Have you waited 12 working days and another 7 days? Contact us and we will find a solution together.
Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. It takes approximately 3-5 days before you receive a Track & Trace. Also check your spam folder, because our emails sometimes end up there. It can take several working days for your Track & Trace to become active.
How can I track my order?
You can follow your order with the Track & Trace number you received by email. Enter Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to see the status of your delivery.
